2022 END OF YEAR NEWS
WE KEEP BUILDING
MESSaGE FROM SHELLEY
On Oct 20th, BWBB hosted an Open House celebrating the completion of three houses on Laurens Street. We had visitors from the community, including city officials and donors. We appreciate everyone who joined us in our celebration.
We are excited to share that we have acquired the remaining three vacant houses on Etting Street. When these are finished, it will close out the houses on our first block. Currently, we have two houses under contract, and we are actively working on eight more houses in the 2100 block of Division Street. These two and three story houses are stabilized and ready for windows to close them up this winter so we can keep working.
Your support means a lot, and I am grateful for every person who supports us and sees the value in all the work we do. As we keep building, we hope you will consider us in your end of year giving. Thanks so much.

COOL NEWS
We purchased our first piece of equipment, a 45 foot articulating boom lift with help from the France-Merrick Foundation. The lift will help us restore facades and cornices with more ease, allowing us to obtain CHAP tax credit for historical preservation in Old West Baltimore.
Creating community, knowledge, and wealth together.
