Construction Lead/Instructor
reports to ED Shelley Halstead

We are looking for an all around Jill, Jack or non-binary person of all trades to join our team. This is a unique role, requiring both a solid builder skillset, and a willingness to work with trainees while getting the houses built.

Details

You are an experienced carpenter/tradesperson with a minimum of 3 years experience in remodel or new built construction

Familiar with all aspects of the building process and possess multi-trade skills (carpentry, electrical, and/or plumbing)

Have some level of experience with hands-on teaching and instruction

Can provide a documented portfolio of work

Solid (glowing) professional references

We do 2 builds a year with some flexibility in the Winter months. In addition to the requisite skills/experience, the ideal candidate recognizes the importance of our mission, and brings a can-do spirit to the jobsite every day.

The position offers a competitive wage (DOE).
