UNDERSTANDING THE REQUIREMENTS
Our homeownership and wealth building initiative requires all participants to be qualified to buy their home at the beginning of each build session. If you do not meet these requirements today, but have a genuine interest in working toward these requirements, we encourage you to apply. We are here to offer resources and support to help you meet your goals.
The build takes aprox. 4 months
This is key, you must be available for the build.
note: there may be some alternative times added to our program in the future to accommodate full-time working applicants.
The goal with this component is to assess what community means to you, how you see yourself fitting-in, and how you plan to participate as a community member.
